At House of Gladitude, your overall wellness is our priority. Through our small class sizes, personable approach, and intimate setting - at our Grandview, MO studio you will receive the Gladitude™  yoga and wellness experience, where gladness and gratitude become a way of life. More than a studio, House of Gladitude is your home away from home, a space to reconnect, restore, and simply be.

 

From restorative and rejuvenating classes to core-strengthening flows, mindfulness meditation, and the ultimate relaxation in our Zen Den. Restore in the sauna with the benefits of red-light therapy, relax in the zero-gravity massage chair for a private sanctuary.  You’ll leave feeling centered, refreshed, and stronger in mind, body, and spirit. ​

Our Gift of Gladitude scholarship fund supports students and limited income members. Pay what you can option available for select classes. We are breaking barriers to make yoga and wellness accessible for all!
