2-Night All-Inclusive Wellness Retreat Location: Timber Creek Retreat House, Drexel, MO Dates: Friday August 29 - Sunday August 31, 2025 Your Retreat & Facilitator Fee Includes: • All meals • Private or shared bedroom with en suite bathroom • Guided meditations with Tom Jacobs • 3–4 yoga sessions led by Gladesia Tolbert (including Sunrise Flow, Restorative, and Yin Yoga) • Healing circle with guided journaling • 80 acres of walking trails Additional Optional Services: Massage and spiritual mentoring sessions are available and can be booked directly through Timber Creek Retreat House. Retreat Pricing: • Private Room: $700 per person (includes $250 facilitator fee + $450 lodging) [$225/ night ] • Shared Room: $640 per person (includes $250 facilitator fee + $390 lodging [$195/night]) Booking Details: • A $250 facilitator fee is required to reserve your space. • Room reservations must be made within 3 days of registration at timbercreekretreat.org. Include in notes section House of Gladitude retreat. • Room payment will be due at checkout on August 31, 2025. • Room and lodging policies are set by Timber Creek Retreat House and are separate from House of Gladitude

Cancellation Policy
Timber Creek Retreat House room reservation must be made within 3 days of registration. Resort room stay is not booked through House of Gladitude and must be reserved separately through timbercreekretreat.org. Timber Creek Retreat House policies are separate from those of House of Gladitude. House of Gladitude facilitator fee cancellation policy: -50% of facilitator fee is refundable if canceled prior to 60 days of retreat stay (before June 27th) -Facilitator fee is non refundable if cancellations made within 60 days of check in (after June 27th) will forfeit $250 facilitator fee). Facilitator fee may be refunded only if there is a guest replacing the reserved • Cancellations made prior to 60 days before check-in (on or before June 27th): 50% of the facilitator fee is refundable. • Cancellations made within 60 days of check-in (after June 27th): The facilitator fee is non-refundable. Cancellations made within this window will forfeit the full $250 facilitator fee. • Waitlist/Availability Clause: If the canceled spot is filled by another guest, the facilitator fee may be refunded at the discretion of the host
